Courson French Tapestry

Courson is a European jacquard wall tapestry. The design comes from an Italian painting of the 18th century by Michele Antonio Rapous exhibited in Torino; representing opulence, with magnificent flowers and fruit in a stately garden. This tapestry is decorated with a rich and intricate border typical of the same period, called Bordure cadre.
