Summer, or l'Ete, is a French woven jacquard wall tapestry the artwork comes from one of the six panels forming the Apocalypse Tapestry of Angers, woven at the end of the 14th century by Nicolas Bataille based on the illustrations of Hennequin of Bruges, for the Duke Louis I of Anjou. This panel gives us a vivid look at the heavens.
