OUR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY!

You can seek a return authorization for any of our products by returning the item within 30 days of delivery. You can start the process by requesting a Return Authorization. Please note, all returns need to be shipped at your own expense within 14 days of the authorization being issued. We will refund you your full money. International customers will have the shipping costs deducted from the refund.

All Free and promotional products need to be returned to get a full credit or we will deduct the value of the Free and or promotional product.

Follow the instructions below to obtain a return authorization and order return:

  • Send us an email: admin@charlottehomefurnishingsinc.com
  • Mention the item number(s) and the order number of the items you wish to return
  • We will email you with return authorization, instructions and address
  • You can ship back the items via USPS, FedEx or UPS
  • Once we have received the items in good order and sellable condition- we will within 2 business days email confirm receipt of the return and credit your card on file.

The refund will take us approximately 5 to 7 business days to show up on your online account. The refund will be made directly to your PayPal account or the credit card, whichever was used to make the purchase.

If you do not follow the above-mentioned instructions or you return items without a RMA then the items will not be refunded. We do not accept return after 30 days.
