            Cavalier de la Garde Imperiale, or Cavalier of the Imperial Guard, is a French jacquard loom woven wall tapestry inspired from the famous masterpiece called, The Charging Chasseur, which was painted by Theodore Gericault in 1812. A wide rich border has been added as a grand framing around the image. Gericault was an emblematic artist of the Napoleon era.
